For more than a decade Lindquist & Vennum has served corporate and governmental clients in the Rocky Mountain West from its Denver law office. Many of our Denver attorneys have practiced in Colorado and the West for more than 20 years and are recognized leaders in their legal areas.

As advocates for business, we offer a range of legal services. We have extensive experience in state and federal courts, including appellate courts, and in representing clients before a number of specialized administrative tribunals.

Our Denver office includes experienced attorneys who advise and counsel clients in business contexts that span entity formation through merger or other disposition. We also work closely with our colleagues in the firm’s Minneapolis office to provide additional resources and support to clients.

As long-time citizens of Denver and Colorado, we take great pride in our deep ties to the corporate and civic communities of the Rocky Mountain West. Our Denver attorneys express this commitment through their active participation in several Colorado civic, community and charitable organizations.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
