Jim Walston is a commercial real estate attorney with more than 30 years of in-depth experience covering a broad range of real estate matters. Jim’s practice includes land use development, commercial real estate purchases, sales, leases, easements, real estate financing transactions, non-profit entity real estate transactions, public transportation projects, renewable energy projects, and the resolution of real estate & title related disputes.

Additionally, Jim serves as outside general counsel to several companies in Minnesota on a variety of real estate-related matters.

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.
