John Murray has extensive experience as lead attorney in representing and counseling clients in all aspects of business transactions and general corporate and operational matters. He routinely handles matters related to real estate (including purchase, sale, leasing, development, establishing condominium and common interest communities), mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase and sale agreements, business formation and governance (including limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships and joint ventures), commercial and real estate financing (including working and negotiating with lenders relating to business financing, acquisition loans, loan workouts, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure), employment matters, and other business transaction matters. He counsels organizations in all phases of their life cycle, including the initial formation and structure of the organization, operational matters, and ownership transition or disposition.

Experience
  • Represented telecom company in its acquisition of all membership interests in both a Colorado-based communications company and in an Ohio-based VoIP provider and local exchange carrier.
  • Represented telecom company in its acquisition of all of the operating assets of a Denver-based provider of wholesale VoIP, vFax, and SMS services.
  • Represented bandwidth infrastructure company in its acquisition of all of the membership interest in an Atlanta-based Data Center and Managed Services provider.
  • Represented bandwidth infrastructure company in its acquisition of substantially all of the operation assets of a Dallas-based Data Center, Bandwidth and Managed Services provider.
  • Represented bandwidth infrastructure company in its acquisition of all of the membership interest in a Midwest-based Dark Fiber Operator.
  • Represented bandwidth infrastructure company in its acquisition of substantially all of the operation assets of an Austin-based Data Center operator.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".
