Raymond Faricy assists privately held entities with virtually all aspects of business, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities; loan transactions, corporate governance, leasing, buying, and selling strategic assets, contract negotiation, manufacturing, distribution, and licensing.

Through nearly a decade of working closely with privately held businesses, Ray has developed processes that streamline common pursuits, such as raising capital for startup companies and strategic transactions.

Although he assists businesses in numerous industries, Ray has particular knowledge of and experience with wind power and solar power projects, working with developers and owners in all phases of development, including power-purchase agreements, interconnection, land rights, financing, and M&A transactions.

  • Assisted various wind energy clients in 2013 and 2014 in the negotiation of power purchase agreements totaling more than 800 MWs.
  • Assisted various wind and solar energy clients in project sales in 2013 and 2014 to NextEra, EDF, Pattern, and others, for projects totaling in excess of 1,200 MWs.
  • Assisted various solar energy clients in sale-leaseback financing transactions.
  • Assisted various energy clients in negotiation of balance of plant/EPC contracts.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
