The decisions a company makes in its early stages ultimately define its course. Experienced legal counsel can play a significant role in the outcome.

Lindquist & Vennum represents emerging and high growth companies, including those in the medical, health, and technology sectors. We provide legal advice to clients nationwide in various industries, including life sciences, agribusiness, computer software and hardware, telecommunications equipment and services, and data storage and recovery. We advise on all aspects of the creation, commercialization and use of technology and technology products for clients involved in the manufacturing, distribution and end-use of technology. We also advise on capital-raising endeavors, including private placements, that are often critical to the successful implementation of our clients' business models.

Lindquist also represents venture capital firms, private equity funds, and investment banks. These connections help us introduce clients to prospective beneficial relationships and potentially to opportunities in the public capital markets.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
