Lindquist & Vennum attorneys serve as trusted tax counsel to local, regional, national, and international businesses and investment funds of all sizes.

The core of our tax practice consists of structuring and implementing merger and acquisition transactions and joint ventures involving public and private companies. We counsel clients across a broad range of industries—including private equity, manufacturing, life sciences, banking, agribusiness, software development, and insurance. We also provide support to Lindquist attorneys who are involved on a day-to-day basis helping to build the value of client companies.

Our attorneys and professionals have received specialized degrees in taxation, are certified public accountants or have substantial big four public accounting experience. We understand the business and legal intricacies surrounding federal, multistate and international tax issues and work with clients to design, implement and defend international tax planning structures in a manner that appropriately minimizes U.S. and foreign taxation.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
