Bass Pro v. Sportsman's Warehouse. Successful defense of registration of Sportsman's' Warehouse trademark before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board

Acutek v. CNS. Defense of patent infringement action in Los Angeles, California

ParAide v. R&R. Obtained preliminary injunction forbidding use of distinctive product trade dress

Carter v. EPCO (successful appeal of trade-dress-infringement claim). Obtained insurance coverage for legal expenses.

Smith v. Condux. Eleven-week defense of intellectual property claims in two federal and one state court, including appeals. Successfully defended against a $20 million claim and prevailed for more than $1 million on a counterclaim.
