Lindquist & Vennum again took the top spot for Minnesota law firms in the Midwest Real Estate News' ‘2012 Best of the Best’ rankings. The firm’s real estate attorneys ranked seventh in the Midwest, and highest in Minnesota, based on the number of transactions handled during 2011. Last year, the firm assisted clients with 790 real estate transactions. Ninety-nine of those deals exceeded $5M in value and 45 exceeded $15M in value. The 7th place ranking improves upon the firm's 2011 ranking by three positions.
