Meghan represents clients in all phases of litigation. As chair of Lindquist & Vennum’s Insurance Recovery practice group, she helps both corporate and individual policyholders in insurance recovery litigation. Her clients include financial institutions, industrial and medical device manufacturers, and construction companies.
Known for working closely with key stakeholders to develop common-sense litigation strategy, Meghan’s clients also appreciate her outstanding analytical skills, writing and oral advocacy.
Outside of the courtroom (and sometimes in it) Meghan has a deep commitment to pro bono work. She serves on Lindquist & Vennum’s Public Service Committee and the Lindquist Foundation. She is a past member of the Board of Advocates for Human Rights and serves on the Board of Sojourner Project, Inc. She also volunteers her time as a Conciliation Court Referee for the Dakota County District Courts.
