For over 25 years, Chuck has served as outside general counsel to mid-cap publicly and privately held companies. Chuck was recently ranked as one of the top M&A attorneys in Minnesota by Minnesota Law & Politics, based upon a vote of attorneys in the state. For several years he served as chair of Lindquist & Vennum's mergers and acquisitions practice group.
