Rob, a member of Lindquist & Vennum’s Capital Markets group, practices corporate and securities law and provides general representation of both publicly and privately held companies. His practice emphasizes securities and corporate finance.
Rob joined Lindquist & Vennum after participating in the firm’s 2008 summer associate program. While attending law school, he served as a financial reporting consultant at Virtual Radiologic Corporation, where he provided accounting and finance services related to the company’s IPO and subsequent SEC filings, including technical accounting and tax and legal research. He also served as a research assistant for professor Daniel S. Kleinberger, for whom he conducted extensive research in the area of business organizations.
Before pursuing his law degree, Rob worked as a certified public accountant at two of the nation’s largest accounting firms, directing fieldwork for financial-audit engagements and serving as a national instructor for the firm’s training and development programs.
