A member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group, Lee has been representing businesses in commercial transactions and complex litigation matters for more than 30 years. He serves as trusted counsel to a variety of South Dakota businesses and regularly represents public utility companies in rate cases before state public utility commissions. Lee also serves as Lindquist & Vennum’s Sioux Falls office managing partner.

Lee received his J.D., with honors, from the University of South Dakota School of Law where he served as Symposium Editor for the South Dakota Law Review. He received both his undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of South Dakota.

Lee was selected to be included in Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. He also was listed in Great Plains Super Lawyers for Business and Corporate Law and is a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated lawyer.
