Lindquist & Vennum Clients Honored at Best in Real Estate Awards

Two Lindquist & Vennum-affiliated projects were named category winners in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's Best in Real Estate Awards. The event recognized the area's best real estate projects in a variety of categories.

Client United Properties' work on the National Marrow Donor Program's new 237,000 square foot headquarters adjacent to Target Field was named the Top Office Lease or Sublease. Lindquist’s LB Guthrie was in attendance to congratulate his client on the win. The Washburn Center for Children, a pro bono client of Frank Bennett, received the award for Top Nonprofit Development. Their new 76,000 square-foot facility serves children who struggle with social, emotional, and behavioral problems. Another Lindquist client, Trammel Crowe, was a finalist in the Multifamily Development - Market Rate category for their Junction Flats development in the North Loop.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
