Lindquist Welcomes Five New Associates


MINNEAPOLIS – Lindquist & Vennum is pleased to announce that four associates have joined the firm's Minneapolis office and one associate has joined its Colorado office.

Christian Barnes counsels public and private entities in connection with mergers, acquisitions, sales, and reorganizations. Additionally, he advises clients on day-to-day legal and business matters, including federal and state regulatory requirements and issues relating to corporate governance. Christian earned his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Jessica Federico advises employers who are navigating the challenging and ever-changing landscape of employment law. Prior to law school, she worked for several legal services providers in the Twin Cities, assisting immigrants in removal of defense, family based immigration and humanitarian relief matters. Jessica earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Meghan Flynn advises clients on commercial financing, purchase and sale agreements, and real estate due diligence. Prior to joining Lindquist, she worked for 10 years in SBA lending and corporate purchasing at a large national financial institution. Meghan earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Chad Jimenez brings his experience at the trial and appellate levels to bear on complex financial restructuring and bankruptcy matters. He has worked on cases in state and federal courts across a wide range of industries and represents bankruptcy trustees, debtors, and creditors in bankruptcy litigation. Chad earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Rene McNulty focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation issues. Prior to joining Lindquist, he was a leader and administrative professional, serving four years in the U.S. Navy as an enlisted sailor. Rene earned his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
