Roger Zopfi assists attorneys and clients in the sale, purchase, financing, development, and leasing of real estate in the office, retail, renewable energy, hospitality, industrial and housing sectors.  

Before joining the firm, Roger gained 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, working for national underwriters on both residential and commercial property transactions in the Midwest, including eight years running his own title insurance agency.

  • Assisted New York based hotel chain with on-site inspections, due diligence, and in-depth analysis of existing vertical Registered Land Survey in their $65 Million purchase of a local hotel in the heart of Minneapolis' entertainment district.
  • Provided the primary tenant in the $400 million mixed-use Minneapolis Downtown East development with extensive work on the review, plotting and comparison of the original vertical Registered Land Survey against the subsequent as-built vertical Registered Land Survey, required upon completion of construction.

  • Started and completed the Initial Land Registration for a mixed-use housing project adjacent to U.S. Bank Stadium.

  • Worked on multiple Applications for Certificates of Possessory Title, involving the sale and acquisition of a major Minneapolis office tower.

  • Regularly assists regional and national renewable energy companies with managing their workflow and project personnel, title and survey review, and leasing of wind and solar energy farms.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance." 

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
