Thomas Lovett focuses on corporate and securities matters, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, general representation of SEC reporting companies, and representation of investment bankers and broker-dealers. He also represents private companies across multiple industries.
Thomas has been primarily responsible for a number of public and private offerings, representing both issuers and underwriters/agents. He has represented clients in a wide array of industries, including life sciences, manufacturing, telecommunications, entertainment, financial institutions and insurance, and has deep experience in pay ratio disclosures, whistleblower laws, crowdfunding, and Reg A+.
Before joining the firm, Thomas served as a branch chief in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Market Regulation in Washington, D.C. He also served in the Peace Corps in the Philippines.

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.


AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."
