Lindquist & Vennum has established a reputation for excellence in family-related legal services by providing client-centered counsel for over 40 years. Our attorneys recognize that legal proceedings involving families create unique and emotional situations, and we strive to maintain respect for and preserve the dignity of our clients and their families.

We use a team approach to help minimize clients’ costs, while offering creative and common-sense approaches to resolving issues. We strive to settle family-related legal matters cooperatively and collaboratively, although we are well prepared to employ litigation when necessary.

Our core strength is resolving disputes that involve the intricacies of substantial incomes, assets and financial holdings; however, we handle a variety of other family-related issues as well, aided by many other attorneys in the firm who focus their practices on related issues, such as business interests and the potential tax implications of various options.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
