Lindquist & Vennum specializes in adding value to policyholders by helping businesses and individuals secure the protection their insurance coverage is meant to provide. Our attorneys are dedicated to providing creative, practical and lasting solutions to maximize insurance recovery for policyholders.

We know the insurance industry well: the terms of insurance policies, the merits of coverage positions, insurers’ strategies, and how to approach settling coverage disputes. Our experience gives us the ability to anticipate insurers’ tactics and counter them effectively. The result? We have repeatedly negotiated and successfully litigated a wide variety of insurance-coverage disputes and our clients have recovered millions of dollars in insurance proceeds.

Lindquist's experience also allows us to provide you with comprehensive service. Our insurance recovery group provides preventative counseling, helps you evaluate your insurance program, assists in the submission of claims, negotiates disputes, and, when necessary, pursues litigation to enforce your rights under your insurance policy.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
